Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management:
    • Monitor and engage with online communities on social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere for each client.
  • Content Posting:
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality digital content.
    • Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand voice, style, and marketing strategy.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
    • Generate reports on community activity, engagement levels, and feedback for clients.
    • Use insights to optimize future content and engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement for multiple clients.
    • Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Manage promotions, contests, and other interactive activities to drive engagement.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Monitor social media for potential issues or crises.
    • Develop and implement strategies to address negative feedback or public relations challenges.
    • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during crisis situations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure engagement and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media management (e.g., from HubSpot, Google) are a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation, social media campaigns, and community management.
