The Growth Officer will drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and revenue expansion. You will design and execute strategies to attract new clients, nurture relationships, and open new market opportunities. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relentless drive to hit targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire new clients

Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and position the company competitively.

Develop proposals, pitch to prospects, and close deals.

Maintain client relationships to increase retention and upsell/cross-sell services.

Track, measure, and report on growth KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue).

Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align growth strategies with delivery.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.

Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills.

Ability to build and manage client relationships at different levels.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing services is an added advantage.
