Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the digital footprint of our clients, engaging with different audiences, and achieving strategic objectives through compelling content and targeted social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored for each brand you manage.
- Create and schedule posts, manage content calendars, and ensure that all published content meets brand standards and voice.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other department heads to generate innovative content ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and updates in social media tools, platforms, and algorithms.
- Handle social media communications, respond to comments, and facilitate community engagement.
- Manage social media ad budgets, campaigns, and bid strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple brands.
- Relevant certifications in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, Google Analytics, and SEO techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop social media strategies and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
