We are looking for a dedicated Webmaster to join our team. The role involves managing our web hosting servers, providing excellent technical support to our hosting clients, and ensuring seamless online experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Hosting Management: Maintain and optimize our web hosting servers, ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and security.
  • Client Support: Offer technical support to hosting clients, resolving issues related to server downtime, website performance, and configurations.
  • Setup & Configuration: Assist clients with domain setups, website migrations, server configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Backup: Implement security protocols, monitor for vulnerabilities, and perform regular backups to safeguard client data.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure fast load times and high server performance through regular analysis and optimization.
  • Documentation: Develop and update client-facing resources and best practice guides for web hosting and maintenance.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in web hosting server management, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with hosting management tools (cPanel, WHM, Plesk) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with website design and development
  • Knowledge of server-side languages and databases (PHP, MySQL) and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Certifications in web server management or cybersecurity are a plus.
